I’m Miriam — an Irish educator and qualified primary school teacher with a deep love for the Irish language and its cultural roots.I hold a Master’s in Irish Studies with a minor in Irish Translation, and I studied Irish as part of my Bachelor of Education in Ireland. I’ve been teaching Irish to adults for the past couple of years, helping learners connect with the language in a way that’s clear, encouraging, and meaningful.Now based in Montreal, Canada, I teach globally through online sessions that are tailored to each learner’s pace and goals. Whether you’re a total beginner or returning after years away, I’ll meet you where you are — with patience, clarity, and misneach (courage).For me, Irish isn’t just a language — it’s a living thread that connects us to story, heritage, and soul.
